Nick Florek

Leader

As the Head of Back of House, Nick has helped bring this venture from concept to reality. Nick oversees a robust third-party vendor partnership program, corporate and customer education efforts, as well as consultation services.

With over 8 years in the food service industry before leading Back of House, Nick also served as Head of Operations for the Corporate Innovation Arm of Gordon Food Service and was a co-founder of hereheremarket.com, an e-commerce marketplace for restaurateurs expanding into retail with consumer packaged goods (CPG) before joining Back of House.
